Stephen believes in continuous improvement in all facets of life, beginning with his own personal development and dedication to constantly learning. He recognizes that people drive success in any company; therefore, he is motivated to build positive relationships with others and listen first! During his free time, Stephen often is spending time with his wife and two little girls at home – reading, singing, or chasing them around. He believes that tough competition can bring out the best in everyone. Therefore, you will often find Stephen playing ultimate frisbee, ping pong, or card games with family and friends.
