Meet Matt
I am passionately curious, which drives me to ask many questions to understand the why behind people, processes, and systems. My desire for tangible results is counterbalanced by an equally strong drive for perfection. I build highly effective relationships by exercising transparent communication, dependability, and empathy to develop a strong level of trust. My favorite moments in my career have occurred when I have brought people together to share experiences, ideas, perspectives, insights, etc. because true value is obtained through collaboration.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Chad and dog Rosie, experimenting with new recipes, and re-organizing at home.
