Meet Courtney
Courtney loves to be behind-the-scenes supporting the AMEND team (and ultimately, AMEND clients) in achieving their goals. After spending nearly a decade in marketing and PR, Courtney values connecting with people to understand their story and their needs. She enjoys bringing ideas to life and thrives on developing innovative solutions to solve complex challenges.
Courtney is a graduate of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Cincy Next leadership development program and the United Way BOLD program.
Outside of the office she enjoys playing soccer, watching sports, spending time with family and volunteering in the community.

“I worked with Laurie Brinkman previously at the Cincinnati Chamber. After I had my daughter, I was looking for a change and wanted to move to a company where family was at the heart of the organization. After meeting with Paul, Bobby, and Craig, I could feel their energy and passion for their AMEND family and for their work. I knew right away that I wanted to be part of that.”
