Calvin is a motivator, always looking for ways to leverage himself and his team to achieve more and solve harder problems. He believes that success is derived from being great at the little things in everyday life. That comes with a strong sense of attention to detail in his day-to-day actions. Calvin’s past work experience in shop management, process implementation, and logistics give him a wide breadth of knowledge, making it easy for him to bring new ideas to the table. He thrives on meeting new people and building relationships, both in work and outside of the office.

Hobbies
Outside of work, you can find Calvin cheering for the Bearcats at every game. He loves to relieve stress by working out and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Calvin’s guilty pleasure is sitting down and working on jigsaw puzzles in the small bursts of free time he finds throughout the day.
