Ashay is a firm believer in success through the empowerment of others. He understands the value in diverse, innovative thought and strives to surround himself with it. Ashay enjoys committing his own time and thought to learning about and improving business processes and systems, enabling organizations to better serve their markets. His experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturing have instilled the importance of quality and delivery in everything that he does. He is excited to build on his previous experiences and continuously grow his perspective.

Outside of work, Ashay loves trying different local restaurants (check out the Tickle Pickle) and traveling to different places with his family. Favorite trips: Japan and Alaska
