Celebrating Female Leaders at AMEND

No better time than in the midst of Women’s History Month to celebrate our very own as they were featured in the latest Cincinnati Business Courier release of People on the Move!

Cindy Daumeyer

Cindy joined AMEND in 2021 for the opportunity to work on the company’s first ever product offering, Batched.io. Since the announcement of the intent to merge Batched with two partner vendors, Cindy has been leading the charge of integrating the customer success functions of all three entities to deliver a cohesive and exceptional customer experience. She is an active volunteer in her community and frequently supports local politics in a strategic capacity.

“As our VP of Customer Success, Cindy has been responsible for building out our customer success team, processes, and overall objectives. Cindy’s wealth of experience in this space has allowed us to quickly grow our Batched software product while keeping the ultimate aim on our customer’s satisfaction and retention.”

Sara Bolton

Sara joined AMEND Consulting as VP Business Services at a pivotal time in the company’s journey to scale. During her first year, Sara bolstered the internal infrastructure, expanded the team, and launched an Operating System, all of which accelerated AMEND’s growth. Sara enjoys staying connected to her Public Health roots by serving on various boards and committees, including Bi3’s Grant Committee and Interact for Health’s Operations and Audit Committee.

“As our first ever VP of Business Services, Sara’s steady leadership has brought us structure that will undoubtedly be the backbone as we scale through our current 5 year plan. We are lucky to have Sara – it’s been a joy to work together and see her bring a unique background and execution style to our firm.”
