Bobby-Smyth-AMEND

Meet Bobby

Bobby is a builder of strong teams and an igniter of passions. He’s at his best when he’s helping companies turn their strategies into actions that drive results.

As a management consultant, Bobby has helped save companies from shutting their doors, return millions of dollars to bottom lines, and lead companies to record-setting product runs.

When he’s not helping manufacturing and service companies drive positive, lasting change, you can find him on the gridiron coaching tomorrow’s leaders, participating in Ohio State’s Industry Advisory Board, or supporting the two non-profit organizations he founded.

His latest thinking on Millennials in the workplace and today’s War for Talent can be explored by attending an event he’s leading, reading the recent feature story in the Cincinnati Business Courier, or in-person over a cup of coffee.

Bobby is a member of EO (entrepreneurs organization) Cincinnati Chapter, and a graduate of C-Change class 8.
