Maggie joined AMEND to help make a positive impact on businesses in Cincinnati and beyond. From her previous project management experience, she brings highest level of dedicated support to her clients to achieve results together.
In her most recent role, she completed a 12-month project in half the time through streamlining processes and creating team efficiencies. Simultaneously, she led an initiative to increase profitability by double-digit growth by developing and implementing an action plan for her team.
Before starting her career, she graduated from UC as the Student of the Year in Operations Management and in the top 10% of Marketing students.
Outside the office, you can find her volunteering as the head coach of a grade school basketball team, or on UC’s campus mentoring business students in career development.
Mark is built to serve. His commitment to service runs deep – having completed numerous community service projects and a tour of duty as a United States Marine, during which he received almost a dozen awards and honors.
Mark likes to use his number skills to make sense of the world. He enjoys helping business leaders find answers to important questions, identify vulnerabilities, and discover powerful perspectives. Modeling, forecasting, performance assessments… if it can help you see new solutions, Mark will find a way to make it happen.
When Mark isn’t locked away crunching numbers for AMEND, you’ll find him exploring the local parks with his wife and daughter.

With an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude, he brings a fresh perspective and ability to drive change to any project while his technical training in analytics and project management allows him to tackle a wide variety of challenges within an organization.
Away from work, Matt can be found outdoors or cheering for the Cincinnati Bearcats.
I am passionate about driving top-line revenue and bottom-line growth from the intersection of human insights and data analytics. Having personally led a variety of projects from new product research to CRM implementation, I come to AMEND with over a decade of experience in a Fortune 500 company along with stops in Financial Services and Healthcare.
What drives me is using my natural curiosity to be a fresh set of eyes to come alongside business leaders as they make strategic decisions. I believe in the exponential impact of diversity of thought. My lifetime goal is to propel those I am privileged to work with to the next level of their personal and professional growth.

Nicholas is an ambitious individual with a passion for solving problems. Nick’s math and analytics educations combine to create a skillset that allows him to contribute high level analysis and develop solutions to complex problems. He is driven by the challenge of interpreting and analyzing large amounts of data. His previous work experiences have exposed him to a variety of people and projects, and made clear the exceptional impact clear data analysis can have on the world.
Away from work, Nicholas will likely be following some sport. It may be a popular one like baseball or college basketball, or less popular like swimming or Formula One and IndyCar racing. He also can be found at his parent’s house spending time with Pebbles and Riley.
Paul is committed to one thing – unleashing the power of teams to achieve outstanding results.
Paul believes strongly in the power of people and helping them realize capability they didn’t know existed.
Paul was born and raised in South Africa which gives him a unique perspective as he approaches different situations. Away from work, you will find Paul outside, either on the ski slopes, playing golf, or backpacking.
Ricky is passionate about building things that help people. With a background in software development, he enjoys building software that improves the lives of his coworkers and clients. Not only does he enjoy learning new things, but Ricky also loves the challenge and impact of teaching concepts to others, which is what led him to be a part time teacher in the past. Ricky believes you don’t know something well enough until you can explain it someone else. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys reading nonfiction books, being outside, and attending local theater and sports events.
Tom is a results-driven leader who believes anything can be accomplished with teamwork and dedication. His practical mindset and desire to learn enables him to thrive in situations involving problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Tom is at his best when he’s working to resolve complex issues. His ability to work independently and as part of a team makes it easy for him to join any environment and drive results quickly. No matter if he’s is deriving a complicated equation or building lasting relationships, Tom finds satisfaction in developing successful solutions and helping others reach their goals.
