Join the Team
We're looking to add new team members with expert skills. Think this is you? Show us what you can bring to the table (other than your ping pong skills).
Full Time Positions
If you think you can add value to the team, then there's a place for you. We're looking for problem-solvers, go-getters, and people that have a genuine desire to drive organizational change.
Culture of Giving
We believe in giving back. As part of AMEND, we encourage our team to get involved. Whether that's helping to place them on philanthropic boards, leveraging our 3:1 charity giving, or participating in charity days, we are committed to finding something that drives change in your life.
Our explicit intent is to be more deeply invested in the community through our team.See other ways we give back -->
We've reinvented the co-op/internship model to fit the goals of today's college students. Long gone is the coffee-grabbing, paper-filing, data-entering intern. On Day 1, you'll be engaging with real clients and creating high-impact value alongside our full-time team. We give you tools to grow, and experiences that will set you up for a lifetime of success.
Individual Development Program
At AMEND, we believe that people join the team for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. We invest in every person on the team so they become the best versions of themselves.
Through the Individual Development Plan, we explore ways to leverage AMEND to double down on people's talents and explore new business ventures. We also explicitly have discussions about how we can help springboard our talent into the next chapter of their career, whether that is pursuing higher education, pivoting into a new career, or anything in between.See how we invest in self-development -->
