Allison loves to interpret and examine issues from all perspectives. With an English background and an interest in Business, Allison’s experience has led her to enjoy providing written communications and critical thinking in the workplace. She works well under pressure and has developed a close attention to detail.
Andy has worked in data analytics for 15 years with previous experience at 84.51, World Wildlife Fund, American Greetings and a small consulting company in Cleveland. His work in the last 10 or so years has been largely in the field of marketing analytics—maximizing ROI for marketing programs by predicting who will respond to marketing efforts. His experience ranges in CPG and companies in the retail, wholesale, automotive, gambling, and healthcare industries as well as non-profits.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys hanging out with his wife and daughter. They frequently go on hikes, or play with dolls, Legos, or whatever other game his daughter invents that day. When he's not spending time with his family, he is either walking his dog or watching sports and rooting for the Cleveland teams.
From a young age, Ashley has enjoyed putting together puzzles. This passion has formed her into an ambitious problem solver. I am passionate about improving people’s lives at work. Whether it is redefining a process, identifying training needs, or providing actionable data that can be used for decision-making, it’s my goal to identify opportunities that will help individuals be more successful in their job, which will, in turn, benefit the business overall. People spend about 1/3rd of their life at work, so making that time more satisfying and empowering is my motivation. My work background has primarily focused on people (HR) and customer analytics where I engage with business leaders to identify areas of opportunity, conduct research/interviews, analyze data, and provide insights through data visualization.
Outside of work, you will likely find me doing something outdoors with my husband and dog. The warmer months are typically packed with camping, hiking, kayaking, etc. while the colder months are spent planning and longing for next year’s trips.

Maggie joined AMEND to help make a positive impact on businesses in Cincinnati and beyond. From her previous project management experience, she brings highest level of dedicated support to her clients to achieve results together.
In her most recent role, she completed a 12-month project in half the time through streamlining processes and creating team efficiencies. Simultaneously, she led an initiative to increase profitability by double-digit growth by developing and implementing an action plan for her team.
Before starting her career, she graduated from UC as the Student of the Year in Operations Management and in the top 10% of Marketing students.
Outside the office, you can find her volunteering as the head coach of a grade school basketball team, or on UC’s campus mentoring business students in career development.
Mark is built to serve. His commitment to service runs deep – having completed numerous community service projects and a tour of duty as a United States Marine, during which he received almost a dozen awards and honors.
