Ben is an architect, building technical and organizational solutions. When he’s not diving into data infrastructures, he’s scanning for ways to improve business practices. Ben’s experience leading a data team for over a decade at a large FinTech company helps him see the root of a problem while looking at the big-picture implications.
Ben spent most of his career in New York City, Philadelphia, and London, but as a proud University of Cincinnati grad, he’s ready to bring lasting change to the Cincinnati community.
When Ben’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his kids and wife, running, biking, and attending baseball and soccer games.

“I spent the past 12 years working for a large FinTech company, and while that was a rewarding experience, I have always been the most engaged when in the process of creating things. At AMEND, I saw a passion for helping our clients grow their businesses and create value in everyone I met. Equally important, these were people to learn from in so many ways. With any career switch, you need to ensure continued growth and learning, and this is the place to do it.”
